Solution 1 (Recommended as it exactly displays the result in client machine)
If you are on Windows 2008 DC, this policy can be deployed by Group Policy Preference that is new feature in Windows 2008.

- In Windows 2008 DC, open IE and add the web site to the Compability View Settings list
- You can verify the setting in the registry key path HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftInternet ExplorerBrowserEmulationClearableListDataUserFilter
- Open Group Policy Management Editor for Domain Policy that you want to edit.
You can open it from mmc and then Add or Remove Snap-ins
Choose Group Policy Management Editor
- Choose path from either Computer configuration or User Configuration as below
- Computer or User Configuration->Preference->Windows Setting->Registry
- Right click New->Registry Wizard
- Select local machine and then check HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftInternet ExplorerBrowserEmulationClearableListDataUserFilter as below.
Note: If use Computer Configuration, check registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
- Finish the change
- Run gpupdate /force in DC

11.You can check the registry key value in client machine and test in IE
Solution 2(Workaround)
Deploy from Administrative Templates via GPO. However, it does not get reflected in IE user interface, we see the sites loading in the compatibility mode by opening the developer tool bar (press F12) and checking the browser mode.
Also, we can verify the setting in the client machine registry. The configuration is written to registry under HKCU(HKLM)Software[Wow6432Node]PoliciesMicrosoftInternet ExplorerBrowserEmulationPolicyList.

Select the carrier
The first step in checking the compatibility of your phone is to select your phone carrier. The options available include:
- AT&T
- T-Mobile
- Verizon
- I Have An Unlocked GSM Phone
- Other / I Don’t Know
If you are unsure what carrier your phone is already compatible with, clicking the fifth option prompts a list of other phone providers for you to choose from. Keep in mind: Tracfone is not compatible with every phone and every phone carrier.
Enter your SIM
After selecting AT&T, T-Mobile, I Have An Unlocked GSM Phone, or another compatible phone carrier, you will be prompted to enter your phone’s SIM number. The SIM card stores a ton of important data on your phone, from contacts and photos to stored text messages and your phone number. The SIM number is simply a list of characters used to identify your phone. You can easily find the SIM number by ejecting the SIM card or in “Settings” on your phone. If your phone does not have a SIM card, there is also the option to purchase a new one from Tracfone.
Enter the IMEI
If you choose Verizon or another compatible carrier, you will be asked to enter your phone’s IMEI or MEID number. Both of these numbers are also used to identify your phone, just like the SIM number. The IMEI and the MEID can be located in your phone’s settings, or by dialing *#06# on your device.
