so it was restored perfectly and everything was working but then after a very short time after restoring my laptop stopped recognizing external hard disks.when i plug hard disks it says cant install driver.so now i want to restore it back to the factory setting again. but this time when i select repair my pc it will just go back to windows.it doesnt go to system recovery? how can i solve this?
